Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required upon booking and this deposit is always non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or modification, regardless of the reason or date.
48 hours before your arrival, full payment will be charged to your card.
In case of cancellation, 24 hours before your arrival, 100% of the amount is non-refundable.
(Certain exceptions apply in the event of death or serious illness, with supporting evidence).

No equipment (trailers, fifth wheels, RVs) will be allowed to enter the site after 9:00 p.m. to set up in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the neighboring land! (Our reception and convenience store close at 9:00 p.m.)
